Welcome to Sonna Luxe Brows. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or accessing any part of this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Eligibility

  • Clients must be 18 years or older to undergo any permanent makeup (PMU) procedure. Proof of age (government-issued ID) may be required.

  • You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding at the time of your appointment.

  • Clients with certain medical conditions (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, active skin disorders, blood-borne illnesses, keloid-prone skin, etc.) may not be eligible for PMU services. It is your responsibility to disclose all medical information during your consultation.

2. Consultation & Consent

  • A mandatory consultation and consent form must be completed prior to any PMU treatment.

  • Clients are expected to disclose all health conditions, medications, allergies, and previous PMU procedures. Sonna Luxe Brows is not responsible for complications due to withheld information.

3. Booking & Deposits

  • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. This amount will be deducted from your total service cost.

  • Appointments are only considered confirmed after the deposit is received.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit.

  • No-shows or late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may be subject to cancellation and full charge of the service.

  • Deposits are non-transferable to another person or future appointments beyond 3 months.

5. Refund Policy

  • All services are non-refundable once performed.

  • Results may vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance. Sonna Luxe Brows makes no guarantees on results.

  • If additional sessions or touch-ups are required, they will be charged separately unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Aftercare Responsibility

  • Proper aftercare is essential for optimal results. Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided post-procedure.

  • Sonna Luxe Brows is not liable for dissatisfaction or complications arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

7. Touch-Up Policy

  • Initial touch-ups (typically 6-8 weeks post-procedure) may be recommended and are not included in the initial price unless explicitly mentioned.

  • Additional touch-ups required beyond 3 months may be charged at the prevailing rate.

8. Photos & Media

  • Sonna Luxe Brows reserves the right to take before and after photos of your treatment for documentation, marketing, and educational purposes.

  • Photos may be used on our website, social media, or promotional material. If you do not wish to be photographed or featured, please inform us prior to your appointment.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website including logos, images, text, and service descriptions is the property of Sonna Luxe Brows and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • By booking a service, you acknowledge the potential risks of PMU procedures and agree to release Sonna Luxe Brows and its staff from any liability for adverse reactions, unsatisfactory results, or complications.

  • Sonna Luxe Brows retains the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.
